About This Messaging Program

Bytes WebWorks sends text message notifications to business owners who are our clients. When someone fills out a contact form, quote request, or booking form on a website we build and manage for you, we send you a text message with the details of that submission so you can follow up quickly.

We may also send you occasional service messages about your website, such as maintenance notices, invoice reminders, and support replies.

How You Sign Up

You opt in to these messages in one of three ways:

By checking the text message consent box on our website contact form at byteswebworks.com
By checking the text message consent box in your client onboarding form or service agreement when you hire us
By texting a keyword or replying to a message from us asking you to confirm

The consent box is never pre-checked. You have to check it yourself.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Bytes WebWorks. You can work with us and choose to receive notifications by email only.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You receive a message each time a form on your website is submitted, plus occasional service messages. For most clients this is a few messages per week.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Bytes WebWorks does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to Stop Messages

Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed immediately. We will send one confirmation message and then no more.

You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

To start receiving messages again, reply START or contact us at 571-350-0017.

Supported Carriers

This program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery

We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and your signal. Do not rely on text messages alone for time sensitive matters.

Your Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do.
